Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 5-7 Business days from the time payment has cleared for us to create and ship your order unless otherwise noted. During certain peak seasons (holidays) shipping may take longer. We do our absolute best to get orders out in a timely manner. PLEASE NOTE, unfortunately, once shipped we can not control how fast the USPS gets our order to you. We are also not responsible if your package gets lost or takes longer to get to you than USPS guidelines. We ship USPS First Class, when we print your shipping label you will have a tracking number. Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended. The post office does lose packages from time to time and we are not responsible for lost packages.

Return Policy

If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We strive to meet the expectations and full satisfaction of all our customers. We are not able to refund on "custom" orders. If the error was our mistake, we will fix it immediately and will refund the return shipping fees. We do our absolute best to send out the highest quality in every product we made. We can not remake or partially refund without the original piece returned.
